Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During book launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Kristine Jones Author is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

While every effort is made to package orders securely, please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.
