Refund policy
Because many items sold through this shop are signed, personalized, limited edition, or produced in small batches, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped.
Requests for assistance must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include your order number along with photographs showing the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.
Minor cosmetic variations resulting from the handmade or signed nature of products—including slight autograph placement differences, natural leather variations, or small printing differences—are not considered defects.
Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable.
